Staci D. Giske
Our family law specialist, Staci D. Giske, has been practicing in the area of family law for more than 7 years. She graduated in 1999 from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and was admitted to the State of Michigan and Federal Bar that same year.
Staci practices exclusively in the area of family law and has successfully handled numerous contested and challenging divorce, paternity actions, custody and child support cases as well as post-judgment matters. She is trained in domestic violence advocacy and defense and serves as a court-appointed guardian ad litem. She has also had experience as an assistant instructor in the Oakland University paralegal program in the research and writing curriculum.
