Cynthia A. Husarchik devotes her practice to plaintiff medical malpractice cases and personal injury claims, handling cases throughout Michigan. Recently, she was co-counsel with R. Scott Weidenfeller and they successfully obtained a $4.8 million settlement in a birth trauma case. She won a verdict of over $626,000 in a gynecological malpractice case in western Michigan, and a verdict of $112,000 in a PIP case in Detroit. Her memberships include the State Bar of Michigan, the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association and Phi Beta Kappa. A graduate of the Detroit College of Law, she was one of the first recipients of the Distinguished Scholar Award. Ms. Husarchik has been selected as a “Super Lawyer of Michigan” for two years in a row. “Super Lawyers of Michigan” is a publication which selects the top 5% of licensed active attorneys who have attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement in the state.
