Corbett E. O'Meara, Esq.
Mr. O'Meara was born in 1966 and was raised in Detroit. He received a B.A. in English from Siena Heights University in 1989, and graduated from Wayne State University Law School with a J.D. in 1995. Mr. O'Meara has been admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan, the United States District Court for the Western District of Michigan, The Supreme Court of the State of Michigan and The United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit. Mr. O'Meara has been admitted to practice pro hac vice in several other jurisdictions across the country. Mr. O'Meara is the fifth generation in a row in his family admitted to the practice of law.
Mr. O'Meara limits his practice to the representation of individuals and entities accused or convicted of criminal wrongdoing. He has represented thousands of criminal defendants in state and federal courts. Mr. O'Meara is a member of the Criminal Justice Act panel for the Eastern District of Michigan, and has been a delegate to the Sixth Circuit Judicial Conference. |

Sterling Coleman, Esq.
Mr. Coleman comes from a long line of attorney's including his grandfather who graduated from Yale Law School and was the first African American Judge to serve on the bench in St. Louis, Missouri.

Solomon Radner, Esq.
Solomon M. Radner specializes in criminal defense. Solomon received national recognition for his work in the field of criminal law when he was selected to be a member of the ABA White Collar Crimes Committee from 2008 until 2010. As such, he traveled the country to participate in conferences and seminars, which helped shape ABA policy.
Solomon has worked for judges while they presided over criminal proceedings. He has also worked for defense attorneys in criminal proceedings, and worked as a criminal justice academic while he was a member of the ABA White Collar Crimes Committee.
While working at the Federal Public Defenders in Detroit, he gained experience in federal criminal defense, including many white-collar crimes. Notably, Solomon assisted with the editing of a book on white-collar crimes while working for the Federal Public Defenders.
Solomon then went on to gain experience in state criminal defense while working for the Legal Aid and Defense public defenders in Detroit, during which time he also gained significant courtroom experience. Solomon has spent hundreds of hours in the courtroom during oral arguments, examinations, cross-examinations, arraignments, preliminary examinations, and trials.
Solomon strongly believes that there is a personal obligation to give back to the community in any way possible, and Solomon does a large amount of volunteer work. Solomon's pro bono work includes volunteering for the Michigan Innocence Clinic, which operates out of the University of Michigan Law School.
The Michigan Innocence Clinic works to exonerate falsely convicted criminal defendants, who are doing hard time for crimes they did not commit. What is extremely unique about this particular clinic is that it reviews convictions for which there is no DNA evidence to support a finding of innocence. |

Jonathan Simon, Esq.
Jonathan B.D. Simon earned a Ph.B. in 1979 from Monteith College at Wayne State University and a J.D. in 1983 from the Detroit College of Law. He is admitted to practice law in the State of Michigan, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan and the United States 6th Circuit Court of Appeals. He is certified by the State of Michigan as a criminal appeals attorney and by Wayne County as a criminal trial attorney. Recent appellate cases include reversals of felony murder, armed robbery and carjacking convictions and resentencing in narcotics, home invasion and criminal sexual conduct cases.
He is also licensed by the State of Michigan as a real estate broker, with extensive experience in residential and commercial sales, property management, landlord/tenant proceedings and collections.

Sarah E. Steslicki, Esq.
Sarah E. Steslicki is a litigation and dispute resolution specialist who has a varied practice including emphases on criminal defense, civil plaintiff's work and family law. Matthew Kolodziejski, Esq.
Mr. Kolodziejski is a lifelong resident of Macomb County. He graduated from Oakland University in 2003 and the University of Detroit Mercy Law School, cum laude, in 2007. Mr. Kolodziejski practices exclusively in the field of criminal defense law at both the state and federal levels, and is an active member of the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU).

Cynthia Husarchik, Esq.
Cynthia A. Husarchik devotes her practice to plaintiff
medical malpractice cases and personal injury claims,

was co-counsel with R. Scott Weidenfeller and they
successfully obtained a $4.8 million settlement in a
birth trauma case. She won a verdict of over $626,000
in a gynecological malpractice case in western
Michigan, and a verdict of $112,000 in a PIP case in

Staci Giske, Esq.
Staci D. Giske has been practicing for more than 9 years. She graduated in 1999 from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law and was admitted to the State of Michigan and Federal Bar that same year. Staci has successfully handled numerous contested and challenging divorce, paternity actions, custody and child support cases as well as post-judgment matters. She is trained in domestic violence advocacy and defense and serves as a court-appointed guardian ad litem. She has also had experience as an assistant instructor in the Oakland University paralegal program in the research and writing curriculum. Staci has been filing Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcy petitions on behalf of her clients even before the U.S. Bankruptcy Code was modified in October 2005. |
